About Me
Hi There!
In 2018 I started a personal Happiness Project. Every year people make resolutions and for any number of reasons they aren’t able to come through for themselves. I wanted to not only be my best self, but help those in my community live their best, healthiest lives. This isn’t a nutrition blog, although I am in love with my Instant Pot. This is a mental health, self care and exploration blog for people like me who need a community from time to time. Building community and building up those around us is vital to our success and to living our best lives.
So as I continue to embark on this journey to cultivate happiness, I want to invite you to join me. One day and opportunity at a time. Each month my area of focus will change, so I can create an overall increase in Happiness for myself and those around me. I consider myself a happy person, and extremely grateful for the life I live; However, everyone has areas where they can improve, and I’m hoping by constantly working to be my best self, I can live my best life.
Although the name of this site has changed from “PandaMomium” to Amanda G. Jewell; the content and message is still the same. Life is about happiness, it’s the ultimate goal. Together, we can be our best selves, live our best lives, and control our happiness.
Amanda Jewell is a National Board Certified Counselor, philanthropist, caring community member, mother to two adorable children (often referred to as honeybadgers), and wife.
