This month I want to focus on the present and being aware and enjoying the moment. When I worked in the mental health field, I led a therapy group, in which we focused whole

Mental Health and Motherhood

It’s like what they say on airplanes, you have to put your mask on before you can help others. With the month of May coming to an end, I feel like this is a perfect time to touch base on mental health and it’s affect on being a mom.
